The Complete Concepts (C2) 8-WEEK CORPORATE CHALLENGE    

C2 8-WEEK CORPORATE CHALLENGE PURPOSE An 8-week series of corporate leadership seminars that target leadership development, team building, physical fitness, overall work performance, and philanthropy. 

 
C2  8-WEEK CORPORATE CHALLENGE OUTLINE
Company employees compete as individuals or in teams.  Each company will receive an 8 week period of time to establish significant health improvements.  The individual or team that improves the most wins!
                I. Pre- Brief Meeting with Company Leadership – 2 to 4 weeks prior    
to start of program
a. Outline what services we provide
b. Receive the company’s mission statement, and learn their goals/objectives
c. Schedule the first meeting (all participants)
d. Choose a charity
II. Complete Concepts “Brief” (all participants) 2-3 hours in duration
a. Mixed Fitness Concept
b. Log Book Review
c. Sponsorship and Charity involvement
d. Vital Check Rules and Guidelines (perform 1st Health/Vital Check)
III. 8 weeks of C2 Conditioning Class: 3 x a week (at the convenience of the company)
a. Location: Workplace or Strong Style Gym
b. Time: Based on company’s availability
c. Exercises: Based off of the Mixed Fitness Guideline in brief
d. Awards Ceremony: Press Release 2 – 4 weeks following completion of program
                IV. 8 week membership to the Strong Style Fitness Center
Winners will receive a series of packaged gifts from our sponsors and our gym, as well as a donation will be made to a local charity of their choice in their name and the company’s name. Additionally, we will publish a news release on the event in a local paper that allows the community to know what the company is doing.
