Types of Exercises to expect

Kettle Balls and Flex Bands: The kettle ball exercises utilize the effort of your entire body with maximum results in strength and weight loss. While flex bands help you warm up, improve your flexibility, coordination, and obtain a solid workout anywhere and everywhere!

Plyometrics: Exercises that are specialized, high intensity training techniques used to develop athletic power (strength and speed). The most common plyometric exercises include hops, jumps and bounding movements.

Short Runs & Trail Hikes: To work on the endurance conditioning outside of four walls. We want to take advantage of all the trails in and around Independence. Runs will be at a moderate/jog pace with relatively short distances.
