Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:45 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The C2 conditioning class alternates between functional strength and core/stability conditioning. Classes involve aerobic, anaerobic, plyo-metric, and iso-centric training with resistance bands, kettle bells, and natural body weighted exercises with a variety of additional new and innovative gym equipment. Our combined/mixed fitness concept helps facilitate your individual fitness goals in a healthy, sustainable manner. All fitness levels are welcome and we tailor the weight and intensity level in each workout based on each individual’s ability.  With our holistic approach to fitness, we also provide our clients with a four week membership to the Strong Style Fitness Center in order to compliment our conditioning class.

Holistic Approach- Fitness Counseling: All participants receive an individual fitness assessment with questionnaire - C2 Log Book: All participants receive a log book with our training methodology, sports nutrition articles, and personal calendar.- Strong Style Fitness Center: 4 week membership to new fitness center (same location) for all C2 clients.
